HR Intern – Pune

Vishrantwadi, Pune | Work from Office | 6 Months

18 Media Digital is looking for an HR Intern who is interested in recruitment, candidate coordination, interviews, and day-to-day HR activities.

What You’ll Do

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial HR screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Support daily HR activities.

Who Can Apply?
- Graduates or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
- HR/Management background is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Freshers are welcome.
