We are a US-based IT staffing and consulting firm looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Hyderabad operations.

The primary focus of this role is internal talent acquisition—building our recruiting and sales teams by hiring experienced Bench Sales Recruiters, US IT Recruiters, BDMs, Account Managers, and other staffing professionals.In addition to recruitment, this role will manage day-to-day HR operations for our India team, including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Primary Focus

- Own the complete internal hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer and joining.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, staffing networks, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on relevant staffing experience, performance, communication skills, stability, and understanding of the US staffing market.
- Coordinate subsequent interviews with department managers and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Manage salary discussions, offers, joining dates, and candidate engagement through onboarding.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for frequently hired recruiting and sales positions.
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers covering open positions, candidate stages, interviews, offers, and joining dates.




- Take ownership of internal hiring requirements and ensure positions are actively worked on and closed within expected timelines.

HR Operations

- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, employment agreements, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, holiday, and time-off tracking.
- Maintain HR trackers and employee master data.
- Support management with regular hiring and HR operations reports.
- Ensure established internal HR processes and policies are consistently followed.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Prior experience with a US IT staffing or consulting company is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience hiring internal recruiting and/or sales professionals within the staffing industry.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate-closing skills.
- Experience managing routine HR operations and employee documentation.
- Solid follow-up, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage hiring requirements and be accountable for results.
- Hands-on experience with Indian HR operations, including payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS coordination, employee medical insurance/benefits, attendance, leave management, and statutory documentation is strongly preferred.
