? Hiring: HR Generalist – HR Operations & Compliance

? Experience: 8+ Years

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager with strong hands-on expertise in HR Operations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations & HR Governance.

The ideal candidate should have experience independently managing end-to-end HR processes in an organization with 300+ employees and working closely with senior leadership.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle – onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, records, separations & Full & Final Settlement.
- Handle attendance, leave, employee documentation & payroll inputs.
- Ensure Labour Law & Statutory Compliance, registrations, returns, renewals and documentation.
- Solid exposure to Shops & Establishments compliance, particularly UP, Delhi & Telangana.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases & domestic inquiries.
- Manage POSH compliance, awareness initiatives and documentation.
- Coordinate with labour departments, government authorities, legal counsel & external agencies.
- Support HR audits,



inspections and compliance reviews.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, workforce reports & compliance metrics.
- Manage HRMS/HRIS and drive HR process automation and improvement.
- Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations & compliance matters.

? Required Profile

✅ 8+ years in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Compliance / HRBP roles

✅ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance

✅ Experience with Shops & Establishments – UP/Delhi/Telangana preferred

✅ Strong Employee Relations & Grievance Handling experience

✅ Exposure to POSH, HR audits, BGV, payroll inputs & F&F;

✅ Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS & HR MIS

✅ Experience in 300+ employee organizations preferred

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills

Preferred Background:IT/ITES, Technology, BPO, Consulting or large Services organizations.
