Role & responsibilities

*Source and screen IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

*Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

*Manage multiple IT requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.

*Coordinate offers, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

*Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

*0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment; freshers can apply.

*MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.

*Good communication and interpersonal skills.

*Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.

*Solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

*Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
