Job Location: Malad West, Mumbai 5–7 minutes walking distance from Inorbit Mall / Lower Malad Metro Station Job Summary We are looking for an organised and people-focused HR Generalist to support our end to end HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee records, engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background verification, selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities. Manage payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, increments,



and employee records.

Ensure timely statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable requirements. Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives. Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HRMS, and documentation.

Review, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs as required. Ensure adherence to company policies and support a positive and professional work environment.

Pay: ₹35000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Perks: Provident Fund
