Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for various positions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer roll-out.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee queries, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary inputs, attendance, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communication.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly HR analytics.
- Monitor employee attendance, attrition, hiring status, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure proper compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee attrition trends.
- Assist management in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of HR Operations and HR Generalist functions.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, and HR MIS.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR Executive roles.
- Experience in handling the end-to-end employee lifecycle will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in retail, corporate, multi-location, or high-volume workforce environments will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
