HR Operations Lifecycle Management

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle within the HRIS, from onboarding and induction to offboarding and separation, ensuring all data is processed accurately and promptly.

- Oversee and process leave management, performance appraisal data, and payroll-related documentation in accordance with hotel policies.

- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR practices, optimize workflows, and implement recent systems to improve departmental efficiency.

- Prepare, analyze, and maintain critical HR reports, metrics, and business documentation to support management decisions, ensuring all reporting deadlines are consistently met.

Employee Relations Engagement

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, handling internal customer concerns and grievances with empathy, understanding, and prompt resolution.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Corporate and Hotel standards.

- Draft, process, and manage official HR correspondence, memorandums,



and internal communications effectively.

Compliance Policy Administration

- Ensure all Human Resource Policy Manuals are accurately maintained, up-to-date, and effectively communicated to the staff.

- Maintain a highly organized, secure, and compliant filing system (both physical and digital) to ensure swift access to personnel files and audit readiness.

- Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times regarding company matters, employee data, and sensitive organizational information.

- Support the Human Resources Manager and Hotel Management with additional strategic and operational duties as required to meet overarching business goals.
