WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle recruitment and employee coordination
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic HR operations
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & candidate screening
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance and employee records management
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities
- Support employee engagement and HR operations
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Salary: 12k - 18k
