Summary

Qtonix Software, a CMMI Level 3 and ISO-certified leader in digital marketing, web development, and mobile app solutions, is looking for an HR Executive or Senior HR Executive to join their Kolkata office. This is a full-time, day-shift role (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 5 days a week) suited for an experienced HR qualified with a background in recruitment within the SEO/Digital Marketing domain.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

- Coordinate training and development initiatives.

- Responsible for maintaining monthly expenses and billing records for the company.

Qualifications

- MBA in HR is a must.

- 2 to 3+ years of relevant HR experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Must have recruitment experience in SEO field/Digital Marketing.

- Must have used job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
