HR Executive – Position: HR Executive ( Female Required) Industry: Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Prepare offer letters, joining letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR activities. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements. Support payroll, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements: Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification. 0–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharma/manufacturing company. Positive communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
