- Manage end-to-end recruitment

- Source and screen candidates

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records

- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process

✅ What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment

- Strong communication skills

- Good understanding of sourcing and interview coordination

- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals,



or ATS platforms is a plus
