Position: HR Executive Experience: 2 Years Location: Raidurg , Hyderabad Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) , including goal setting, KPI tracking, performance reviews, and appraisal coordination.

Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers for performance improvement plans. Prepare and track monthly/quarterly performance reports and HR MIS. Support salary, incentives, commissions, and performance-linked processes.

Conduct employee engagement activities and address employee concerns. Coordinate BGV, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. Ensure HR policies, processes, and disciplinary procedures are properly followed.





Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and performance gaps. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Skills Required: 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a performance-driven organization. Solid knowledge of Performance Management, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisals . Good recruitment and employee-handling skills. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting. Ability to analyze employee performance data and prepare reports. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in real estate, sales-driven organizations, or target-based environments will be an advantage.
