Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment and HR documentation at our manufacturing unit in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily attendance, leave and employee records.
- Handle recruitment and selection activities as per manpower requirements.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment,



confirmation, warning, transfer and experience letters.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
- Assist in payroll processing and provide attendance/leave inputs.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI
- Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and compliance with company processes.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
