Job Summary

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding while also contributing to day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
- Facilitate a structured onboarding process to ensure current employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Administer the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, team meetings, and internal conferences.
- Draft, review, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedural documentation in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. Support payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain accurate,



confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Provide general administrative support to the HR function as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in HR or a similar function. Working knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR compliance requirements.

Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and process consistency.
