About the Role
AiLearnova is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and people-focused HR Executive / HR Manager to lead continuous recruitment and development of our growing Sales Team.
This role goes beyond traditional HR. The selected candidate will be responsible for Sales Executive recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation, performance tracking, and supporting revenue-focused business growth.
? Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Continuously hire Sales Executives as per business requirements.
Source, screen, interview and onboard suitable candidates.
Build and maintain a strong sales-talent pipeline.
Manage high-volume/mass recruitment activities.
Training & Development
Conduct onboarding and product training for new employees.
Provide sales, communication and business-development training.
Conduct regular motivational and performance-improvement sessions.
Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching.
Sales Performance & Revenue
Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance.
Track daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
Monitor achievement against assigned revenue targets.
Support B2B & B2C sales teams in improving productivity and conversions.
Identify underperforming employees and implement improvement plans.
HR & Performance Management
Maintain employee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance records.
Track employee productivity,
retention and growth.
Prepare regular HR and performance reports for management.
Work closely with leadership to align manpower planning with business goals.
Business Growth
Develop strategies to improve sales-team productivity.
Track recruitment growth and its impact on business performance.
Contribute to the expansion of the Sales Team and overall organizational growth.
Ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.
Strong understanding of sales targets and revenue-driven environments.
Excellent interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
Leadership mindset with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
⭐ Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in EdTech, Sales Recruitment, Mass Recruitment, Sales Training, Talent Acquisition or Performance Management will be preferred.
