- Handle end-to-end recruitment for branch and regional-level positions
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Coordinate with business/RH teams to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Handle offer, documentation and joining coordination
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Support recruitment activities and HR initiatives for the region
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience
- Gold Loan / NBFC industry experience is mandatory
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam are preferred
