- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding Employee relations
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Support current and future business needs through the development

- HRMS process implementation for attendance & payroll

Qualification

- MBA –
- HR or related degree from a reputed University.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases




- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation & presentation skills
- Demonstrated expertise training
