Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job details, and selection status.

Post job vacancies on relevant job portals and social media platforms.

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.

Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Maintain employee documentation and HR records.

Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.





Assist in employee engagement and other HR-related activities.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Any Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Ability to multitask and manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
