HR Executive / HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Assist with salary/offer negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to understand Job Descriptions and effectively screen candidate profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers and handling bulk/multiple requirements.
- Recruitment consultancy or HR consulting experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
