HR Assistant / HR Coordinator Compliance (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
Job Summary The HR Assistant / HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and administrative tasks. This role acts as a primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries and ensures smooth coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases; screen resumes and schedule preliminary interviews.
- Interview Process: Coordinate interview schedules with departmental heads and hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities, including collecting joining documentation, issuing offer and appointment letters, and conducting initial HR inductions.
- Database & MIS Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and recruitment tracking MIS reports.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, track leave applications, and maintain leave records.
- Payroll Support: Gather and verify payroll inputs (attendance, overtime,
and leave data) and coordinate with the finance/payroll team for timely processing.
- Employee Relations: Address routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and administrative processes, escalating complex issues when necessary.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Assist in maintaining compliance records under applicable labor laws (such as PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF).
- Help prepare documents and reports required for internal and external audits.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support wellness programs and employee recognition activities.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in HR, PGDM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and generalist functions.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll software (e.g., Zoho, Spine, Darwinbox).
- Positive organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
