About the Role As an HR Consultant, you will manage the complete candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to counselling, shortlisting and enrolment in our international placement program. You will act as a career advisor and trusted point of contact for professionals planning a move abroad.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing &

- Screening Source candidates open to overseas relocation through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals and inbound leads Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess experience, skills, notice period, target country and relocation readiness Evaluate profiles for international market fit and maintain a qualified talent pipeline Candidate Counselling Schedule and conduct Zoom consultations explaining our reverse recruitment process, timelines and program fee structure Guide candidates on overseas job markets, role expectations and career pathways Shortlisting &




- Client Briefing Shortlist candidates based on profile strength and alignment with current client requirements Brief shortlisted candidates on the companies and clients we are hiring for, including job roles, onsite locations and compensation packages offered Proposal &
- Enrolment Share the consulting program proposal covering structure, fees, deliverables and terms Address candidate queries and support them through the registration and onboarding process Meet monthly targets for consultations, shortlists and program enrolments Coordination &
- Records Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp and email Maintain accurate candidate records and stage-wise status in the ATS/CRM Coordinate with the profiling and interview-preparation teams for smooth handover
