We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to help us organise, standardise and establish our HR documentation, policies and internal processes across our growing creative and VFX teams.

This is a short-term, project-based engagement focused on building a structured HR foundation, including employee documentation, policies, templates and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and standardise employment contracts, freelancer agreements, NDAs and other HR documentation.
- Develop HR policies covering leaves, attendance, working hours, probation, performance reviews and employee exits.
- Prepare standardised templates for onboarding, recruitment, employee records and salary revisions.
- Establish HR processes and SOPs suitable for a growing creative production and VFX company.
- Organise employee documentation and recommend a easy HR record management system.
- Coordinate with management and our accounts team to structure payroll-related processes.
- Review existing HR formats and suggest improvements wherever required.
- Ensure documentation aligns with applicable Indian employment laws, with appropriate legal or compliance review where needed.

Requirements




- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR consulting or HR systems and documentation.
- Strong experience drafting and organising HR policies, employment documentation and SOPs.
- Good understanding of Indian employment practices and applicable labour compliance.
- Experience working with startups, small businesses or growing teams is an advantage.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Prior experience setting up HR processes from scratch is preferred.
