Talent Acquisition : Hiring, Reference Checks, Offer Negotiation, Onboarding candidate, Joining Formalities.

Talent Management : PMS, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention.

HR Compliance : Adherence of HR complaince for the regions & locations.

HR Operations : Coordination for completion of Joining Formalities, Confirmation, Transfers, Exits, disciplinary actions.

MIS : Maintenance of MIS with 100% accuracy.
