Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and to work closely with leadership and employees to deliver strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage the employee life cycle, employee engagement, performance management, retention discussions, and employee activities. The candidate should have a strong background in human resources with at least 4 years of experience in an HRBP role, with a proven ability to partner with leaders, understand business needs, and deliver HR solutions aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and motivating work environment.

Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that drive business outcomes.

Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Lead discussions on employee retention strategies and develop action plans to address retention challenges.





Foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns, and employee grievances and to improve the improve employee satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and deliver insights that support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline (master’s preferred).
- Experience - 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner Role.

Skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver strategic HR solutions.
