Position: Assistant HR

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant HR with knowledge of both recruitment and payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.

Manage employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.

Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records.

Assist with PF, ESIC and other HR-related documentation.

Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR activities.

Candidate Requirements





Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.

Experience in recruitment and payroll is preferred.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Female candidates; married candidates preferred.
