Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will have solid team leadership, communication, inspection, and operational management skills, along with a willingness to travel to different locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across assigned locations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping quality are consistently maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and take corrective action wherever required.
- Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and supervise housekeeping staff for effective performance.
- Guide, train, and motivate housekeeping employees to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure timely replenishment of required supplies.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



housekeeping procedures, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new housekeeping employees.
- Address employee concerns and promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
- Maintain housekeeping records, inspection reports, inventory records, and other operational documentation.
- Monitor housekeeping performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Travel to different assigned locations to inspect, monitor, and support housekeeping operations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- Ability to conduct inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and maintaining reports/records.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations.
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
