About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our room attendants and public area team. You will make sure every room, corridor and public space is spotless and ready for our guests, including during the busy pilgrimage and tourist seasons.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors, lobby and public areas
- Allocate room assignments and duties to room attendants and public area staff
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and brand standards are met
- Coordinate with Front Office to prioritise room readiness for arrivals and VIPs
- Report maintenance issues to Engineering and follow up on completion
- Manage linen, guest supplies, cleaning chemicals and equipment inventory
- Handle lost and found items and guest requests promptly and professionally
- Train,



coach and motivate housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety and grooming standards
- Follow safe chemical handling, fire and emergency procedures
- Maintain daily reports, checklists and duty rosters

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, room inspection and linen management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive communication in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and discipline
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays
- Local candidates preferred; willingness to relocate to Rishikesh
