Role Description The Housekeeping Manager – Prestigious Client is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including planning, assigning, and supervising cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure high standards across client facilities.

The Housekeeping

Manager coordinates laundry services, manages inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensures adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. The role includes resolving client and guest concerns, maintaining service quality, and implementing standard operating procedures.

Manager also participates in hiring, training, and performance monitoring of housekeeping staff,



while working closely with other departments to support overall facility management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility and housekeeping operations for a prestigious client.
- Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and support staff.
- Manage manpower, duty rosters, attendance, and staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other support teams.
- Manage vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Handle client requirements and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or corporate facilities.
- Strong team- management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of facility operations and housekeeping standards.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professional appearance and client-handling ability.
