House of Sarwaa is looking for a hands-on and responsible Housekeeping & Guest Relations Manager to oversee housekeeping operations at Nidra by Sarwaa and manage guest relations at Nidra and Café Sarwaa.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests at Nidra.
- Interact professionally with guests at Nidra and Café Sarwaa, collect feedback, and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with café, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor housekeeping staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements




- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest relations preferred.
- Hands-on, responsible, and guest-focused approach.
- Age: Below 35 years.
