Key Responsibilities

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas, including public areas, restrooms, corridors, offices, and other designated spaces.

- Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards as per company SOPs.

- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team during daily operations.

- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and work performance.

- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and ensure timely corrective action.

- Ensure adequate availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.

- Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any damages or maintenance requirements.

- Coordinate with other departments regarding cleaning requirements and special events.

- Ensure proper waste collection and disposal as per company procedures.

- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.





- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, safety, and customer service.

- Maintain records related to housekeeping materials, inventory, and daily activities.

- Handle customer / department requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the concerned department.

- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and discipline of housekeeping staff.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
