Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures.
- Maintain linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other inventory.




- Coordinate with Front Office for room status and guest requirements.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up with the concerned team.
- Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints.
- Maintain daily checklists, inspection reports, and housekeeping records.
