We are looking for responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Hostel Wardens to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hostel operations and student activities.
- Maintain hostel discipline, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and monitor student safety.
- Maintain hostel attendance and student movement records.
- Monitor entry and exit of students and visitors.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with parents when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance teams.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents to the concerned management.
- Maintain proper records,
registers, and daily reports.
- Ensure students follow hostel timings and institutional guidelines.
- Coordinate with the administration for smooth hostel functioning.
Candidate Profile
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in hostel/student accommodation management preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline and leadership qualities.
- Ability to handle students patiently and responsibly.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to stay in/near the hostel as per institutional requirements.
