We are looking for a Hostel Manager to manage a group of Student hostels in Bengaluru

Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth functioning of the hostels, including room allocations, guest services, and addressing any issues that arise.

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff in each hostel, ensuring they are competent and provide good service.

Manage room Inventory, allocate rooms, and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Oversee the upkeep of the hostels, including cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance of facilities.

Monitor and control the hostel's budget, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.

Enforce Rules and Regulations: Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Prioritize the safety and security of residents and staff, implementing necessary measures and responding to emergencies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.





Develop and maintain Resident Relations and Customer Service:

Maintain open and effective communication with residents, students and their parents, addressing their needs and concerns.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise among residents.

Maintain accurate records of residents, bookings, and other relevant information.

Prepare reports on hostel operations, finances, and other relevant areas.

Manage inventory of supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
