Hospitality Executive | 5-10 Yrs | Night Shift

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front office, reception, and visitor management activities.

- Welcome guests, clients, and senior stakeholders professionally.

- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access, and hospitality arrangements.

- Support leadership visits, client meetings, and corporate events.

- Manage catering, pantry services, housekeeping, and workplace hospitality standards.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Hospitality, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Front Office, or Hotel Operations.

- Solid communication, guest relations, and coordination skills.

- Night Shift availability is mandatory.
