- Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Review patients’ medication therapy.
- Identify drug interactions, contraindications, allergies, duplicate therapy, and inappropriate doses.
- Prevent and detect medication errors. Monitor and report adverse drug reactions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide reliable information about medicines to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Educate pharmacy staff, students, nurses, doctors, and patients about protected medication use.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
