Key Responsibilities:-

- Dispensing and Preparation: Accurately prepare and dispense inpatient and outpatient medications, including specialized sterile products

- Greeting patients: Welcome visitors warmly, create a calm setting, and set a positive tone for the clinic.

- Scheduling appointments: Book, change, or cancel patient visits

- Answering phone calls: Manage heavy phone traffic, answer questions, and route calls to the correct staff.

- Checking in patients: Verify personal identification, update contact details, and have patients complete medical paperwork.

- Collecting payments: Process patient co-pays, deductibles, and past-due balances securely.

- Maintaining patient records: Update electronic health records (EHR) with accurate, current medical and personal data.

Qualifications:-

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or medical administration certificate is often preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
