Horticulture Manager

Experience- 7+ years in landscape project execution and management.

Qualification- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture.

Location- Govindpuri, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Horticulture Manager with solid knowledge of plants, horticultural practices, and hands-on expertise in executing and managing commercial and residential landscape projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, estimation, site execution, landscape development, and maintenance while ensuring quality standards, timely completion, and effective resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project estimates, budgeting, and costing for landscape projects.
- Oversee landscape site execution, plantation, installation, and day-to-day site supervision.
- Develop and implement planting plans, landscape layouts, and horticultural schemes.
- Manage landscape maintenance activities, including pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and lawn care.




- Identify suitable plant species based on soil conditions, climate, and project requirements.
- Monitor plant health and manage pests, diseases, and plant protection activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at project sites.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, safety practices, and cost control.

Required Skills

- In-depth knowledge of ornamental plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, seasonal flowers, and plant species.
- Hands-on experience in commercial and residential landscaping projects.
- Excellent coordination, vendor management, communication, team handling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in independently handling landscape projects from planning to execution and maintenance.
- Ability to manage & inspect multiple sites, contractors, team and project reports.
- Strong focus on quality, timelines, and budget management.
