Job Description

Reporting into the marketing leadership team, the AVP - Social & Digital Marketing Lead will:
- Develop and execute company-wide social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the planning, creation, and deployment of engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage relationships with content creators, agencies, designers, developers, and other external partners.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring brand consistency, audience relevance, and robust engagement.
- Own website content management, CMS updates, and digital user experience optimisation.




- Drive SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and maximise marketing opportunities.
- Define and maintain a distinctive brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.
- Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Hootsuite to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
- Support the development of thought leadership content, articles, and white papers.
- Contribute to digital innovation initiatives and support CRM-driven marketing programmes.

The Successful Applicant
- 9 to 15 years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to social media and digital marketing for established brands.
- Strong track record of leading integrated social and digital campaigns.
- Excellent written communication, content development, and copywriting abilities.
