Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Visiting Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients at their homes. The nurse will be responsible for patient care, monitoring, medication administration, and coordinating with doctors and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to patients at their residence.
- Monitor vital signs and patient health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV medications, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with daily activities when required.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and visit reports.
- Communicate patient condition and updates to doctors and the clinical team.
- Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, diet, and basic healthcare.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Handle emergency situations appropriately and escalate to the concerned medical team.




- Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients and their families.

Eligibility:

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for home visits.
- Candidates with home-care experience will be preferred.
