Lokseva Home Healthcare is hiring caring, responsible and trustworthy Home Caregivers / Patient Caretakers to provide care and support to patients and elderly people at their homes in Mumbai.

This is a home healthcare job, not a hospital job. Selected candidates will be assigned to patients at their homes and will help them with their daily care and basic needs.

Job Responsibilities

- Take care of elderly people, patients and people who need daily support.
- Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
- Help with walking, sitting, getting up and basic mobility.
- Help with food and drinking water when required.
- Give medicines on time as instructed by the family/doctor.
- Keep the patient’s room and personal area clean and organised.
- Provide companionship and talk politely with the patient.
- Help patients with their daily routine.
- Inform the family or Lokseva team if there is any change in the patient's condition.
- Assist bedridden patients with their basic daily needs.
- Follow the instructions given by the patient's family and Lokseva team.
- Maintain respectful and caring behaviour with the patient and family.

Who Can Apply?
- Fresher candidates can apply.




- Previous experience as a caretaker, caregiver, patient attendant, ward boy, aya, bhai, dada or home healthcare worker is an advantage.
- Candidates who have worked with elderly people or patients can apply.
- Nursing/caregiver experience is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
- Candidates should be physically fit enough to assist patients with basic movement.
- Candidate should be responsible, patient and trustworthy.
- Basic Hindi/Marathi communication is preferred.

Important This is a home healthcare position.

You will work at the patient's home in Mumbai, not in a hospital.

Duty location, working hours and salary will depend on the patient's requirements and the assigned duty.
