Role Overview

Unified Care Autism Foundation (UCAF) is hiring Home-Based Shadow Teachers to provide structured support to children with Autism in their home workplace.

The selected candidate will work directly with the child on skill development, communication, behaviour management, daily living skills, and implementation of individualised goals under the guidance of UCAF’s clinical team.

No prior formal ABA training is required. UCAF will provide comprehensive, hands-on ABA training to selected candidates.

Work Hours

- Home-based work as per the assigned case
- Typically, 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
- Schedule will be based on the child’s requirements and assigned case

Payment

- ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month
- Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and case requirements
- Payment linked to active working days / assigned sessions

Probation & Service Commitment

- Probation Period: 3 months
- Service Commitment: 3 months from the date of joining

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Shadow Teacher, Special Educator, ABA Therapist,



Behavior Therapist, or similar role
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental needs preferred
- Comfortable working in a home-based environment
- Willingness to learn and implement ABA-based strategies
- Patient, responsible, and child-centred approach
- Candidates without prior ABA training may also apply

Comprehensive ABA Training & Supervision

Selected candidates will receive comprehensive ABA training from UCAF, including practical guidance on:

- Fundamentals and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Behavior management strategies
- Skill acquisition and teaching techniques
- Communication and social skills development
- Reinforcement strategies
- Data collection and session documentation
- Implementation of individualized therapy goals
- Practical, child-specific intervention strategies
