Position: Home Caregiver

Job Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients and individuals requiring home care.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care activities.
- Support patients with walking, mobility, repositioning, and daily activities.
- Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition as instructed by the family or healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with medication reminders as instructed.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness around the patients immediate care area.
- Monitor the patient’s general condition and report any changes to the family or supervisor.




- Support bedridden and post-hospitalization patients with their daily care needs.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and patient-care protocols.

Requirements

- Previous experience in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home healthcare preferred.
- Candidates with GDA, ANM, GNM, Nursing Assistant, or relevant healthcare experience may be considered.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy attitude.
- Candidates willing to work in home-care settings are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
