We are looking for a skilled HMC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for programming, setting, and operating Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and modify HMC CNC programs using G-code and M-code.

- Set up HMC machines, including tool setting, work holding, fixture setup, and work offsets.

- Operate HMC machines and monitor machining processes.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.

- Select suitable cutting tools and set appropriate cutting parameters.

- Perform tool offset corrections, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.

- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

- Maintain required quality standards and achieve production targets.

- Ensure proper machine handling, safety, and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
