Technical Support Voice / Chat Process
Work Location: ITPL, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
ELIGIBILITY
- PUC / 12th Pass OR Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of Technical Support Voice Process experience required
- Strong problem-solving & logical thinking skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- English proficiency: Versant 6+
SALARY & BENEFITS
CTC: Up to 34,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: Up to 28,000 per month
Bonus: Up to 16,000*
2-Way Cab Facility Provided
