Key Responsibilities:
- Audit human and ML-based decisions for quality and accuracy.
- Identify errors and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify policy, training and system/tool gaps.
- Prepare RCA reports and identify recurring error trends.
- Support calibration and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Need to have 4+years of experience
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of 5 Why, Fishbone, Six Sigma/RCA
- Solid communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret policies and handle edge cases.
