I am the solo founder of Viralit.app, a fast-growing AI short-form video editor built for creators and digital agencies. We are launching a massive Q4 campaign targeting both the US and Indian markets.

To scale efficiently, I am looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant to act as my operational right-hand.

Note: This is NOT a traditional data-entry or corporate admin VA role. I need an advanced digital VA—a "go-getter" who understands SaaS, can build operational systems from scratch, and confidently handles client-facing communication without being micromanaged.

The Role: You will be the operational engine of the startup. Your working hours will be a hybrid shift (e.g., 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) to ensure we cover the Indian afternoon and overlap with the US East Coast morning.

1. Systems Building & Digital Operations:

- Build from Scratch: This role includes creating systems, not just working with existing ones. You will be responsible for building out our CRM, email automations, hiring SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Act as my primary project manager: assign tasks to our developer, coordinate with our media buyer, and track daily marketing progress.
- Manage back-and-forth communication, scripts, and delivery deadlines with our UGC video creators.
- Build and manage low-code automations (Zapier/Make) between our tools (Stripe, Slack, Resend, etc.) to streamline workflows.

2. Client Communication & Support:

- Take client calls and communicate directly with both new and existing customers to ensure their success.




- Manage the support inbox and handle account tickets from global and Indian users.
- Assist with our Instagram account and have a baseline understanding of how Meta Ads work.
- Ensure our users feel heard, supported, and valued at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

- Languages: Fluent in English. Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Must be highly proficient in Zapier/Make, Slack, Notion, and general SaaS CRM/helpdesk software.
- Experience: Proven track record working as a VA for digital entrepreneurs, SaaS startups, or marketing agencies. You must know how to build operational systems, take client calls, and manage freelancers.
- Resourcefulness: You must be the type of person who can Google a problem, learn a new software tool in 10 minutes, and get things done autonomously.

Compensation & Perks:

- 100% Work from home.
- ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 / month (based on experience).
