Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our solar energy sales team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting solar solutions and developing business across Delhi NCR.

Candidates with prior field sales experience, particularly in the solar industry, will be preferred. Applicants must have international voice process experience and be comfortable with customer interaction, business development and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field sales activities for solar rooftop systems and other solar solutions.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers across Delhi NCR.
- Visit residential, commercial and industrial clients to promote solar products.
- Explain solar solutions, product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations and negotiate deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners and installers.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Solar preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- ⁠Knowledge of solar rooftop / solar solutions is an advantage
- ⁠Self-motivated, target-oriented and ready for field work
- ⁠Must own a bike and be willing to travel across NCR

Salary and Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand).
- Salary will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.

- Office: Sector 64, Noida.
- Field coverage: Delhi NCR.
- Candidates must be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
