Hiring Quality Auditor for Denial Coding( E&M; and Surgery)

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit denied claims to identify coding errors, documentation gaps, and denial root causes.
- Review E&M; and Surgery coding for accuracy and compliance.
- Validate ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze denial trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide feedback, training, and quality improvement support to coding teams.
- Maintain audit reports, denial trackers, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with coding, denial management, and operations teams to reduce denials.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical Coding, Auditing,



or Denial Management.
- Robust knowledge of E&M;, Surgery Coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and NCCI edits.
- Experience in coding audits and denial analysis preferred.
- CPC/CCS/COC/CIC certification preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify denial trends, conduct root cause analysis, and support coder education.
