Shift: Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts

Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate / Undergraduate Freshers Candidates can apply
- Experienced candidates with Min 1 Year Experience Required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Candidates comfortable with rotational/night shifts
- International BPO / Customer Service experience preferred for experienced roles

SALARY - For Freshers Upto 4.9 LPA For Experience - Upto 7 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international customers through voice/chat/email
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently




- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Meet process-specific productivity and performance targets
