NJob Description - Mechanical Design Engineer - Jigs and Fixtures, SPM, Static Structural Ansys.

NExperience in Jigs and Fixtures Design, Machine Design, SPM (Special Purpose Machines)

NSkilled in concept design, presentation & communication.

NSemiconductor / Test Stand /Build Stand will be an added advantage

NSkilled in GD&T; (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

NUGNX (Siemens NX), SolidWorks

NStatic structural analysis using ANSYS / SolidWorks

NAssembly hands-on experience & Problem-solving skills.

NNeed Strong Product Design Experience in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing processes. Work with global teams to design sub systems / systems of process chambers used in semiconductor equipment industry using Semi standard.

NKey Responsibilities -

NProblem identification, define, coordinate, perform,



and document engineering test reports and troubleshooting a variety of difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision

- Develop, design, or modify mechanical engineering concept/layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of difficult scope
N
- Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving gas flow, thermal management, and structural strength.
N
- Experience in quartz, SiC, O-rings materials selection, understanding of pyrometry in high temperature & vacuum/ATM CVD semiconductor reactors. Knowledge of close loop control systems

- Product Design & Drafting of Machined/Structural/fabricated/ Sheet metal components using CAD tools
N
- Perform engineering analysis of difficult scope with limited supervision. Analyze simple FEA problems / hand calculations.

- Technically lead and/orexecute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers. Generate mechanical product specifications.

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle. Establishes standards across all operational processes

- Specify and review engineering documentation

- Implements concepts forvariety of complex product issues and mechanical solutions Functional Knowledge

- Demonstrates conceptualand practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Knowledge of mechanical engineering design should understand engineering drawings, GD&T;/ASME standards, Tolerance Stackup, FMECA, Materials & Manufacturing processes, DFM,DFS,DFX, Heat Transfer, UG NX & TCE, Auto CAD, CREO/windchill, and understanding of Finite Element Analysis.

- Good knowledge on materials – ferrous & non-ferrous metals, Ceramics & materials used in Semiconductor domain.
